Application invited for the 85^th Know India Programme(KIP) & Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026

The Ministry of External Affairs invites applications from young members of the Indian diaspora for the 85^th Edition of the Know India Programme(KIP) and the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026.

The VBYLD 2026 marks the second edition of the reimagined National Youth Festival, reflecting the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Participants of the 85^th KIP will have a unique opportunity to take part in the VBYLD and interact with youth leaders from across India, in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

Who Can Apply?

Indian Diaspora Youth Members

Age 21-35 years

Person of Indian Origin (PIO)

Individuals passionate about India and eager to engage with India’s growth story.

85^th Edition: 6 January 2026-27 January 2026
