Passport Services Emergency contact number: +225 058 6757 574 This is to inform all Indian Nationals residing in Cote d’ Ivoire that Embassy of India, Abidjan has been integrated with Global Passport Seva System https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/ and is operational w.e.f 15th September, 2020. Necessary changes in the website have been made so that applicants could be directed to https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/ portal to fill up the online form for Ordinary Passport/ Emergency Certificate/ Police clearance Certificate/ Surrender of Indian Passport/ Diplomatic Passport/ Official Passport/ Identity Certificate. Document required: 1. Passport Renewal Current passport (original and photocopy of first and last page) photocopy of ONI card; or residence certificate and visa 3 photos (5*5 cm, white background) 2. In lieu of lost or damaged passport: Current passport (photocopy of first and last page) photocopy of ONI card; or residence certificate and visa photos (5*5 cm, white background) Residence certificate (From Police) Lost Certificate (From police) 3. In case of minor Current passport (photocopy of first and last page) Photocopy of passport of both parents photocopy of ONI cards (Parents); or residence certificate and visa 3 photos (5*5 cm, white background) The passport applications are received in the Embassy from 9.00 AM to 12.30 PM. The time of delivery of passport after rendering the services is from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM. Passports are issued within 5 to 10 days. The Consular Services fee and ICWF charges may be deposited in the Bank accounts which are as follows: UBA BANK COTE D’IVOIRE: Embassy of India (Passport Services A/c): 101100002533 Embassy of India (ICWF A/c): 101100002542 The passport application should be complete in all respects. Necessary documentary proof will be required for any change in the details/particulars of the applicant. For change in address, documentary proof viz. electricity/water/telephone/gas connection bill, voter’s ID card, ration card, statement of running bank account. If applicant submits only the copy of ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address. In case of a minor, the photocopy of the passports of the parents may be used as proof of address. For inclusion of spouse name in the new passport, a marriage certificate showing the name of the applicant and duly issued by the Office of Marriage Registrar in India, may be attached with the application. For proof of date of birth, birth certificate (born on or after 26 Jan 1989) issued by a Municipal Authority or District Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths may be attached. Otherwise, date of birth certificate from the school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institution.
