7th International Day of Yoga - IDY 2021
Posted on: June 16, 2021 | Back | PrintAs you know Embassy of India has been celebrating the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on June 21 every year in Abidjan with lots of enthusiasm and active participation of Ivoirians and Indians resident in Cote d’Ivoire. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic this year International Day of Yoga (IDY) celebrations cannot be organized in the traditional manner in view of restrictions on public assembly in the country. Therefore, on June 20, 2021 from 830 Hrs, we are going to conduct a small Yoga session in the Embassy premises which shall be livestreamed on Embassy’s digital platforms of Facebook and Twitter.
You are requested to follow us at the comfort of your home or in group, in balconies/rooftops/garden etc. You are also requested to keep social distancing in every step during the session.
